REcolorado is proud to be among the leading MLS organizations in the nation. We’re the 16th largest, serving over 26,000 real estate professionals who work throughout Colorado.
At our core, we are a data and services company. Our MLS ecosystem, powered by the data within it, facilitates thousands of real estate transactions every year. Real estate professionals use it to market their listings broadly and fairly, as well as to access listings for their clients. But it doesn’t end there – all that data powers real estate tools, housing market statistics, and insights to drive real estate forward.

Meet Our Teams
Customer Success
Our customers are our true North Star at REcolorado. Whether it is by answering a question, correcting a discrepancy in a listing, or conducting a class, our Customer Success team is focused on working side-by-side with our subscribers to help them succeed and advocate on their behalf to ensure our policies support their business needs.
The REcolorado Customer Success Team provides support for technology tools, products, and services, assists customers with the management of their REcolorado profiles and accounts, supports listing entry and editing, and provides customers with education that supports their business needs. The Data Integrity Team oversees compliance with MLS rules and regulations, policies, and IDX compliance which ensures REcolorado data is accurate and reliable. The Education and Development Team offers a variety of educational courses via different modalities for REcolorado customers, enabling them to use MLS tools, technology, and services to ensure their success.
Finance & Accounting
Our Finance & Accounting team is at the center of our organization. They diligently work to ensure that efficient financial management and controls are in place to support all business activities. They also serve as the human resources arm of REcolorado.
Information Technology
Data that is accessible through technology tools is a large part of the value REcolorado delivers. Our Information Technology team is the magic behind the products our customers use every day. They make certain our subscribers have the intelligence they need to serve their clients and manage their businesses.
The IT and Product Team at REcolorado performs a critical role by ensuring that internal and external technology tools are running smoothly. They also work to evaluate and onboard new products that solve a problem for real estate professionals and help them serve their clients. This group also manages and maintains the company’s Business Continuity Plan, which outlines how the company will operate during both short-term and long-term disruptions in service.
Marketing and Communications
The landscape of the real estate industry is changing and REcolorado is committed to being at the forefront of that change. Corporate Communications and Marketing plays a vital role in promoting REcolorado’s value, mission, and vision by distributing public relations and communications to external audiences and is responsible for building the brand and reputation of REcolorado across the industry. Their goal is to maintain REcolorado’s leadership presence in the industry as we look to the future of the MLS. The Customer Connection team ensures subscribers and customers are updated about REcolorado news, products, and services via a variety of communications channels.
